Definitions :

The following defined terms appear in these Terms of Use.

“You”, “you” or “buyer” : a customer who applies or registers to use or uses the service to make payment transactions.
Customer : a person who registers with the Service as a buyer or seller.
Seller : A Customer who uses the Service to process Buyer Payment Transactions.
Payment Instrument : the mobile payment option registered by a Customer with the Service or by credit or debit card to facilitate the processing of Payment Transactions.
Payment Transaction : The processing of a payment through the Service that results in the Purchase Amount being debited or charged to a Buyer's Payment Instrument and funds credited to a Seller.
Product : Any merchandise, good or service offered for sale that a buyer can pay for using the service.
Purchase Amount : The amount of a Payment Transaction to pay for a Product, and any fees, taxes, or shipping charges, as applicable.
Service : The Fyatu Service, described in these Terms of Service, which facilitates the processing of payment transactions on behalf of a Seller.
"We" or "us": Fyatu.

Registration conditions :

In order to use the Service, you hereby consent to provide and agree to complete all required pieces of information on the Service's web or mobile registration pages. You must register a valid mobile payment option as a payment instrument or use a credit card to complete payment transactions and pay fees and other obligations arising from your use of the service. You covenant and agree to provide current, complete and accurate information and to keep it current and accurate. We may ask you to provide additional information as a condition of continued use of the Service, or to help you determine whether you wish to continue using the Service.

We may, in our sole and absolute discretion, refuse to approve or terminate existing registrations with or without cause or notice, other than any notice required by any applicable law, and without waiver hereof.

By agreeing to these Terms of Use for Buyers, you represent that you are:

18 or older; and
capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

Transaction Processing :

The Service facilitates the processing of Payment Transactions to effect payment for a purchase between a Buyer and a Seller. The Service will store buyers' information, such as their payment instruments, and process payment transactions on behalf of sellers. We may delay processing payments for suspicious transactions or transactions that may involve fraud, misconduct, or violate applicable law, these Buyer Terms of Service, or other applicable Fyatu policies, as determined at sole and absolute discretion of Fyatu. Buyer authorizes debit or debit to Buyer's Payment Instrument as necessary to complete processing of a Payment Transaction.
You acknowledge and agree that your purchases of Products are transactions between you and the Seller, and not with Fyatu. Fyatu is not a party to Buyer's purchase of Products, and Fyatu is neither a Buyer nor a Seller in any Payment Transaction, unless expressly designated as such in the Product listing. on a Fyatu website.
You acknowledge and agree that payments to requests from other buyers are transactions between you and the buyer and not with Fyatu.
You acknowledge and agree that you are not able to withdraw money from your Fyatu Credit Account.
